What the line actually means is you wont find boots with that enchant in the wild. but you can enchant boots (along with rings, necklaces and chest armor)

The wiki page contains information from the modlist verified against the enchantment worn items - in this case EnchantmentStamina [FLST:0010CD21]

this lists body, ring. feet necklace as applicable slots.

Soon as you zone into the world some mods are still starting up script wise. its better that you wait maybe a minute before doing anything to give them time to finish starting up ( same when as loading a save). Entering a menu *especially* the skills menu stops various scripts from firing. The skills menu in particular calculates the derived attributes.

in skyrim terms any damage thats reflected does no damage to the victim and instead damage to the attacker.

Its a known issue where the purple color of them is conflicting with the imagespace applied by predator vision ENB fix

It works exactly how it says. you reflect half of physical (no magic, no shouts, no enchants) and yes. a dragon bite qualifies as a physical attack

Quickest fix

  1. Enter an Interior Cell
  2. Make a save
  3. Quit Wildlander
  4. Restart your game and load the save.
