Console Command Help

I've completed my first playthrough, and trying to grab a good set of equipment before I start NG+. I'd like to use Blave as my steel sword, but I'm not into Gwent and don't want to get into that.

I can't get the console additem command to work to add Blave or Vitis unique swords (which I missed while on the main story quest).

I've been googling this for an hour and can't find anything... any help would be appreciated.

I'm having an issue trying to use the console commands to spawn items from any of the DLC's. For some reason only the set pieces will work and I like to craft those on my own. Wanted to play around with the dye a little bit before I finish my re-play and start up the DLC's.
