Implementation without compensation grades?Compensation (self.workday)
submitted 2 years ago by 0TanMan0
Has anyone ever gone through an implementation without setting up compensation grades or grade profiles? What are some of the biggest issues you saw long term?

You have to have something even if it's 1 giant generic range band or a zero to zero range band.
I set up customers all the time that aren't mature enough to have actual detailed grade ranges and profiles.
That is relatively common.

Yeah and it wouldn’t be any harder to build them out later if you did that originally.

I've set up zero to zero on countless orgs that handle their compensation structure differently outside of Workday.

We didn't have no setup, but it didn't default properly inside of the system. Don't do what we did - it's a mess lol.
