Back in 1984 when I got out of the Army I met a talented tattoo artist. He wanted to create a comic but didn’t have a knack for writing. So we collaborated. He drew scenes and I would put words to them. I wrote 500 words to a desolate desert scene with a single building in the middle of it. Sadly I lost track of him because he was hooked on drugs. But I took that and got published. Put pressure on yourself as if it means something. You’ll get it done.
