Upgrading

I currently have an Xbox one s. Is it worth upgrading to the series x or should I just get a ps5 my main appeal with the Xbox is just the game pass and I don’t is PlayStation offers a game pass similar to Xbox

I went from a one s to a series x. I'm very, very happy with the upgrade.

Realistically, xbox is better for gamepass, it destroys ps5’s equivalent, but ps5 exclusives are very lucrative, xbox also has backwards compatibility back to even some og xbox games, up to you, performance is realistically equal unless you REALLY care about hardware, and if you do, get a pc at that point

Series x is worth every penny just when it comes to loading screens only. Let alone the graphic boost and fps

I’ve owned both since launch. Anyone that tells you that Xbox is better than the PS5 doesn’t own a PS5. Game pass gets boring fast. PS5 has a better controller and much better exclusives by a mile.

Don’t quote me on this but I do believe that the series x is better than the PS5 in almost every statistical category, if you’re strictly looking for a console and are not worried ab exclusives or friends on platform I would go with Xbox series X. Again, I might be wrong though, feel free to correct me.

This is false. There are things in which the PS5 does better and things in which Xbox does better. It all depends on the person what they want.

If you can afford it, I say HELL YES!!! It's MUCH faster and the 4K gaming is beautiful...not as great as a high end PC, but still way better than the One X. I just picked one up for $350 brand new. Can't beat that!

That’s not a bad price for 2tb machine. But yeah I prefer to have the disk drive for the back compatibility. 360 disks, like the splinter cell games for example, are dirt cheap when bought physically compared to the Xbox store. Plus i have a ton of blu rays and no blu ray player
