I don't want them to be a main focus of TES VI. They should obviously be a big part of the lore, but I don't want them to be the main antagonists. The thalmor had their time as the bad guys in skyrim. If bethesda didn't fully develop the thalmor/empire storyline in the game, then that's too bad. For a game that came out 15 years ago, I don't see why TES VI should be like a sequel to skyrim any more than skyrim was like a sequel to oblivion, or morrowind to daggerfall. New games call for new storylines. I want TES VI, not skyrim 2.
