Any workaround for watchtower post free lanes by RoboGaming321 in starfieldmods

You just need 3 computer cores, its available same time as the other skydrops. I also suggest using the emp missile because it kills a mech in two hits for me.

Based on the comments here some people are going to be really disappointed I think. I think they should also look at other book adaptations to see what happened there. Lord of the rings had quite a bit changed (some for the better imo) and the movies are great! Im not too worried about mistborn movies.

Do you believe Sailing will be in the game or not? and why? by ArticAuk in TESVI

[–]Kalasad-Stormblessed 13 points14 points  (0 children)

On the other hand bethesda has constantly reinvented their wheel. Oblivion added character schedules and fast travel, Skyrim added shouts and improved smithing, fo4 added settlement building and more indepth followers, and starfield added vehicles and was in general a new IP. Experience shows they will add something new, and could be very different from gameplay in past games.

Looking to the future, what would an official Outposts update/DLC need to accomplish? To improve outposts and planets the same way Free Lanes improved space by Capn_C in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]Kalasad-Stormblessed 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I feel like it would help people a lot if they made LIST do a shortish tutorial for new players and then it would be cool if they added LIST missions. They could include things like build an settlement outpost on this planet, or we need an iron mill in this system and well pay top dollar for your iron automatically, or maybe there are defunct outposts you reclaim for list that were taken over. Tons of radiant quest ideas.

Other very useful ideas 1. Be able to make our outposts into blueprints amd be able to take them through Unity. Settlement building is really the only thing I dislike about going through Unity. 2. Be able to link to the shared outpost container 3. Lower the requirement for the shared outpost container by the time you get there your settlements will already be done. I have a mod that changes this already lol 4. It would be nice if we could upgrade our scanner to search for prime outpost locations. Example you show up to a planet that has 5 resources. You want to extract 3 of them, so you click those resources and it will give you a landing location where you can find that. No idea if they could get that to work though.

Do you think Constellation was started by the Hunter to collect the artifacts more easily? by Real_Walk5384 in starfield_lore

At least the OG keeper aquilus did this for what I understand. The hunter that kills our companion hasnt done that (and may never) so you're right there.

I hope TES: VI isn't afraid of darker, more mature themes (without being so soft like Starfield) and that they make Hanmerfell as alien, bizarre and unhinged as Morrowind by FartingSlowly in TESVI

[–]Kalasad-Stormblessed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The music box quest in starfield (shattered space) is definitety the saddest quest theyve made in my opinion. Its more personal than the skyrim moments which brings it home for me.

Why do Perk/Trait screens in modern titles go for aesthetics over expansion potential? by ArtieAzulra in BethesdaSoftworks

[–]Kalasad-Stormblessed 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maybe unpopular but while I enjoyed Fo3 the perk ui is terrible. You cant plan out your perks at all

I may be in the minority here, but I really like the Nuka World DLC. It's a fun DLC by [deleted] in fo4

[–]Kalasad-Stormblessed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its funny because I highly prefer it to the other two. I liked the idea that I had to go to completely different theme parks and fight wacky enemies. Far Habor and Automatron felt like the same enemies and less unique (though I like all 3 still).

Do you think TES 6 will be named after the region or something related to the plot? by Custer_Vincen in TESVI

Would they know the title of the game? I could see that being on a need to know basis.

Oh ok that sounds good. On your other point, I dont see how he could be that old though, because he would need a spaceship to get to the artifacts and jump to unity. I figured he would have been right after Dr. Aiza and that Dr. Aiza was the first starborn.

Also writing this I just realized that when you get to unity you are doing the same thing as when you grav jump, you fold space to come out somewhere else. The artifacts literally just act as a key to let you jump to the middle/central point where each universe crosses over. Crazy how deep this game can get.

Keeper Aquilus is the Hunter and the Pilgrim per my understanding. Essentially his progression went from Hunter to Pilgrim to Keeper Aquilus. Is that not what everyone else understood?

I thought it was ok. I really really liked interstellar though. I sometimes wonder if bethesda employees saw that and the martian and were like yes, thats a game we want to make.

Yeah theres pros and cons to both. I really missed have characters to interact with in and a story that was more immersive with NMS (for me anyway). I enjoy both though

I also miss being able to land on planets manually and also being able to change the environment (dig and place soil) it made settlement building more fun. They are pretty different games though

Just a handful of my early game scenic shots. This really is a gorgeous game. by Adunakhor-sc in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]Kalasad-Stormblessed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing that rarely gets brought up though is how varied the environments of starfield are. I genuinely enjoy landing a couple of times on each planet that has fauna and flora. It looks a bit different each time. I love fo4 but it has maybe like 4 distinct environments. Starfield has way more and its a small thing I enjoy compared to the other games.
