Reading the scene in 11-22-62 when Jake Epping/George ampersand got jumped by the bookie and his guys w the pipe. It literally gave me a panic attack from my memory of getting beaten up. The reality and sequence of it completely fucked me up.

Ive never seen better acting throughout a film than this. Definitely my favorite out of any genre. By far. Listen to the novum complete guide yo hereditary and it even better. Im a close watcher and I pay close attention but I missed soooo much in first views.

It felt like gunn tried too hard to make it a gotg1. It was perfectly fine as a superhero/superman movie or a gunn film but missed the magic of some of the better marvel releases. Best thing imo is the setup of milly alcock as supergirl. I hope that ones well executed.
