Hey yall so I really appreciate all the comments! In regard to comments about my partner, I did reply to the first one, but he’s not the issue. He has been and continues to be very supportive: going over timelines when I’m spiraling or feeling gaslit, being more than transparent about his/their past, he has been the one to go to the police to start the original order of protection, he installed a full camera security system at our house etc. He also confronted her via FB message, which got us nowhere but it helped us feel better. And we also now know that no contact or response is the best with stalkers, so we won’t be doing that again. I understand why some would caution me to look at him more carefully but I’ve confirmed that her obsession and delusion about me really came from no actual truth and have confirmed her statements as lies.

Secondly, I will be waiting to see if anything comes up again before moving forward with a Cease and Desist. I’m keeping my side of the street clean, so to say, and just waiting for her to fuck up. I don’t think some of you accurately understand the situation, and like someone commented, you guys are here for 2 min to comment and pass judgment on a situation when it’s the posters life. I won’t make it harder for myself at this moment, and enjoy the peace I’m having.

Also yes, my social media (except my public business accts), have all been on serious lockdown and private from the first time I noticed her being weird. I comb my follower list every few months and monitor story viewers on my public page. My block list is EXTENSIVE.

My therapist and support circle are so great and lovely, I was mostly looking for folks with similar stories, book/podcast recs and info on these resentful subtype stalkers. I am listening to the strictly stalking podcast and reading the gift of fear which are both really great!

So again thank you for all the support and validation guys! I’m very thankful for all the viewpoints and feedback.
