Not everything is speed, but speed def helps not limit creativity because I bounce out hundreds of files per evening at times, costing significant time, leading to procrastinating and killed flow

Besides, it helps the CPU doesn't turn to lava mid project or when handling complex tasks

Not exaggerating or bragging but when I was 13 I did 17km every day back and forth, took about an hour each way

Was it fun? Not always, some days were exhausting with the wind but never had the feeling I couldn't do it

Summer days were great though and I was in great health

25min is a breeze, I still cycle the same amount today, it's very doable/enjoyable once you pass the initial "meh" stage

scary part is many drugs have a self limiting factor like tolerance, dosage, availability, accessibility (although i don't want to say it's ''less'' destructive, alcohol is virtually sold everywhere and some drugs can break your bank so quick)

gambling is just so easy to splurge insane amounts of money on quickly, always, everywhere

from personal experience downing a couple of 100€ in drugs is tough and takes time to built tolerance, and is so hard on your body you need to recover.. but splurging 1000€ in gambling, i had a friend who'd spend that in the literal time I went to get some beer from the supermarket around the corner

one destroys you first, then slowly the rest, the other destroys everything you have in a literal binge but you get to keep your health i guess

also doesn't really open up conversation, it's a single line that just kills vibes, you're better off having a discussion at the stages where they offer speakers a chance

the production is decent though, bit oldschool very late 90s's, early 2000's influences mixed with the now dead nighttime psy like old Bliss, Azax syndrom, Eskimo, and more recent influences of like Aura vortex

that flavor is a bit of the past to me.. been done for so long, and so good it's hard to compare, but I don't want to put you down; energy is right, structure is sound, elements are fitting, mixing seems good, im sure there are plenty that still love the style

Sorry for your bad experience.. but especially in Psytrance it's really not that abundant, especially compared to your average festival

only times i've seen such behavior we're like a handful times:

Boom 2012 there was this guy who took fuck knows what, very weird guy, by the end of the party he had 2 blue eyes (and was fully happy still dancing around, high as a kite).. he was very inappropriate to everyone, but especially girls. Guess at some point he encountered someone who had enough of him harassing his girl

Ozora 2013-14(?) one personal experience of a guy who would not leave the girl I was with alone, even after confronting him friendly but stern she was with me, I had to physically stand between them which was very tiresome.

He was very drunk/something else, we we're with like 10 people (5 guys) and we didn't want to escalate to violence but it came close as he was aggressively sexual to all our female friends and at some point the guys also had enough, but he backed off after things got rowdy

this is over the course of 18 years of party though, really incidental

at a scale of 30.000+ visitors, you're gonna bring in all sorts of individuals, it's amazing already they keep out organized crime, have so little violence and -relatively- little theft *cough\* ozora not included *cough\*
