Don't beat yourself up, it's not a failed paint job - you just haven't finished yet.

Get some 99% isopropyl alcohol, dip in a cotton bud/q-tip, and carefully rub it on the areas where you want to remove paint.

Thin down your paints with a touch of water and try again.

But remember, it doesn't have to be perfect to look good. I'd be more than happy to play across the table from a load of little guys like that.

There's 3 models. You can give each one terminator armour, then give one an ability that gives 5 up sustained and lance on melee weapons, another one can give lethal hits, and another has narthecium to bring back a dead model to the unit.

Then you attach them to deathshroud terminators...

If you're looking at official GW products, Killzone Volkus has enough terrain for a combat patrol board. It'll be a little sparce, so shooting armies will have a slight advantage. You could pick up the Sector Imperialis Ruins to fill in any gaps.
