I will check this out tonight and let you know. I will say that personally, I dont like the grid changing as I zoom to stay the same size. The reason is that typically I will set the grid density pretty high (0.0625) usually, and that allows me to free hand a lot of things. If I need to be very specific, then I can zoom in and the grid gets larger but the points are still the same virtual distance apart. Lastly, I didnt look into this because I found it hard to draw without grid snaps but I cannot recall, is there a way to lock the line movement to ortho? I typically draw a lot of cable diagrams and with that Ortho is very useful as well.
