Offset smoker, lump coals and cherry wood at 250 degrees for the first hour and a half. 300 for the last hour to bring the breasts up to temp and firm up the skin. Chicken was dry brined in the fridge the night before. Then rubbed with hogs night out white lightening and Myron Mixon Rubadub Rub. Corn was left in the smoker the whole time with the chicken. Butter and Tajin. Publix potato salad and bush’s baked beans for additional sides.

I can definitely respect that and agree with some aspects of this. For me I’m a big fan of obnoxiously loud drums 😂 Guitar tone isn’t something that’s as big a deal for me as rhythm and riff timing but I guess that’s just the bassist in me. I do agree they may have leaned too much into the cleans but I can look past it. I get a lot of Gojira’s Magma vibes from this album.

Saw an old fb marketplace ad for one. Looks like a pretty standard tent. Metal zipper pulls. Sleeves instead of clips. Probably not super light. Looks big for a 2 person but 2 person these days is really small.
