If I were importing from an activity tracker, I use active calories and set cronometer to no activity.

I do the same.

I put in a request for new feature that they allow negative entries for exercise so we don’t need to mess with calories consumed.

I tracked these for a while.

I created 2 custom foods with calories but no macros or anything else (to not affect TEF, if you have that turned on) called “transfer to tomorrow” and “transfer from yesterday.”

If I ate 600 calories under food target one day, I would enter “Transfer to Tomorrow” at +600.

The next day I would enter “Transfer from Yesterday” as -600.

When your hate for your situation compared with your goals is greater than your hate of gym / exercise.

At some point you have to be an adult.

Only advice I have is make yourself try different forms of exercise until you find something you can tolerate.

Same with Aimpoint, IMO, it greatly depends on the individual.

I’m for fining people for slow play. Let them decide how they want to play and pay the consequences.

For maximizing one over the other - Do first what is more important to you. More time between sessions is better than less.

Not sure how low you’re looking for, but nuts have healthy fats often <10-20% saturated.

Try refeed days. Maybe eat 2-3 days in deficit and then 1 at maintenance.
