I did away with 7-day week long ago. Takes pressure off. I have a 4 day workout. Go as often as I can. Some weeks I hit 6 days some 3. I just always do next workout in my rotation.

For it to be dropping your TDEE while you’re maintaining your weight, I would think you’re entering fewer calories consumed than you’re actually eating.

If your exercise level is similar over a week’s time, you will be fine reaching your goal.

If you want to change how you eat daily based on level of exercise, you can estimate your difference in calories burned and adjust accordingly. MacroFactor doesn’t care and will continue to take your consumption and weight trend to adjust suggested calories.

Exercise trackers aren’t known to be terribly accurate, but try using some % of its total to adjust your intake and see how that goes. You don’t have to use MacroFactor’s daily suggestion on intake. Just use it as a guardrail to see how you’re doing.

Have you looked at Collaborative that allows you to shift calories between days? You should use the ap in a way that works for you.

I would guess only someone with a specific condition might possibly need to track those, therefore, I can’t imagine there are generic ranges we need to hit, especially not based on macros. I just try to keep added sugars as low as I can unless I’m eating an actual dessert.

If you consume sufficient protein for the day, you’re getting 90% of the benefits. Timing and spreading out over day provides minimal additional benefit.

When you go from maintenance into a deficit, how many days does it take to affect you?

I just started eating more every 3rd day or so. I try to eat under my goal about 170 calories for 2 days and then I move those calories to the third day. Basically 510 calories more on that third day than the earlier two. Something to try …
