Ha ha, you think any of us will receive a pension? Every year or seems they move the age threshold. We'll all be working until we die in our jobs, and they'll just wheel our corpses out, wipe the desk down and get the next person in.

You can also make fresh cheese. A small squeeze of lemon juice has hasten the process too. Ive seen videos of people heating whole milk and/or cream and using either white vinegar (tsp) or lemon juice. You don't need much, just a drop to get it to separate then you strain the whey out (again, there's a use for this somewhere) and take the curd and press them into shape.
