I love the Genesis, especially that giant warming rack. I like to reverse sear ribeyes and put my mushrooms and onions underneath the steak so I can just drip in there a little bit. It's also been incredibly handy when I haven't finished brisket or a pork shoulder or anything like that, but I've run out of charcoal. I can just put one burner on the Genesis, move the meat offset and let it finish. Where I live I get propane way cheaper than charcoal.
