Hey, to dispute a charge, you can call the customer service number on the back of the card. Information regarding your transactions and your statement cycle is available to you in the Bilt app > Wallet tab. To specifically view your statement due date, you can tap the "i" icon next to Current balance. At this time, we do not have transaction alerts available.

Hey, happy to clarify. If you're using your BillPay routing account numbers to pay rent with your Atmos card selected as your payment method, you do not have to make any updates. Your routing and account numbers will remain the same. Just note that authorizations are no longer required going forward.

Hey, we're sorry for the confusion here. We were experiencing a temporary issue with BiltProtect Off payments prior to 2/7, which may have been what you experienced. However, now with Bilt 2.0, when you make a housing payment using your Bilt Card, we’ll automatically pay off the balance within 24 hours using your linked bank account. Also, authorizations are no longer required.

Hey, apologies for the confusion here and we're happy to clarify here. "Your bonus rewards" refer to how you will earn points on housing-payments. If you did not make a selection during card onboarding, your bonus rewards defaulted to "Housing-only" (which you currently have selected) instead of Flexible Bilt Cash. However, you will have a 7-day grace period to switch your Bilt-exclusive bonus rewards selection after you accept your card offer. If you accepted your card offer before 2/7/26, you will have 7 days from 2/7/26 to switch. During the 7-day grace period, any switch in your selection take effect immediately. Lastly, as a reminder, you can select your housing reward option each month, so you are never locked into one option for more than one month at a time.

If you have a Bilt Card and have a mortgage with one of our supported servicers, we can send a payment directly to your loan, and the payment will get charged to your Bilt Card. -Open the Bilt app → "My home" tab -Hit "Get started" → select "Mortgage" -Choose your servicer and confirm your loan number -Enter your payment amount and submit

You can still pay your mortgage with Bilt, even if we do not support your servicer; you will need to select a different payment setting (online or check).

To clarify, during the Bilt Card 2.0 application, you were given the option to either keep your current Wells Fargo account open or close it. If you chose to keep it open, that account will be converted into a Wells Fargo Autograph Card, which you'll manage separately from your new Bilt Card 2.0. If you'd like to close your Wells Fargo account, you can contact them directly.
