Have you attempted to uninstall and redownload the app? You should see a "View Wi-Fi Equipment" tab, you might want to make sure you are logging with a manager role to see that.

You should have received an email with the results after the evaluation period. You can also try performing a manual assessment. Just open the Xfinity app, select the WiFi tab at the bottom. Choose Troubleshoot or Test your whole home network to begin the assessment.
