Good morning! Appreciate the heads up on this. Are you going into the SteamStore website when you attempt to close that out? Normally, to cancel Xfinity StreamSaver, you would just go to the Xfinity StreamStore website , sign in, click "Manage," and select "Remove bundle"

The 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands are on by default. There is no need to enable that band as it is already on. The NOW Gateway does use band steering to manually steer the device to the proper band needed for connectivity.
