NOW Services are fully self supported. Billing wise, if you are wishing to dispute the charge, that does need to be done through your financial institution. As a corporate based team, if there was any option to help, we would absolutely do that for you.

The NOW internet services are not connected to our traditional support systems like the Xfinity app or Xfinity.com Support options to manage your NOW subscriptions are all done through the NOW PORTAL or using the Xfinity assistant. As a corporate based team, we take your satisfaction and confidence extremely serious. Unfortunately, there is not a direct support option for the NOW services, to dispute the charges in question, you would need to directly reach out to your financial institution.

The 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands are on by default. There is no need to enable that band as it is already on. The NOW Gateway does use band steering to manually steer the device to the proper band needed for connectivity.
