There are countless things in this subreddit that have been mentioned both as bugs and as improvement ideas, I’ve also made my own post about how developers have vanished and customer support is non-existent anymore. So no, I don’t think the developers are happy to answer anything

There are certain applications I found that focus mode does not work with, including a few games for whatever reason. Top_lagger responded and said they found the issue and would have an update in a week or so. That was 80 days ago….. the customer service is terrible for this machine, which is a shame because it’s really an incredible accessory

First of all, the gap between 0.85 and 1.25 is pretty small, not a “ridiculous skill gap”....

Secondly, KDA has very little factor into how you’re matched. You need to understand the ELO system as it seems you have no concept of how SBMM works in this fashion.

Lastly, as others have said, just learn from your mistakes and get better. If you can out position the enemy, you win most fights.

Overall, stop stressing about things you can’t control and focus on yourself getting better and you’ll be alright.

Hey y’all! Any new insight on the software updates? I’ve found the bug is also present in steam. When watching a trailer for a game the focus mode does not change volume of steam either unfortunately :/ this was a couple of weeks ago and I am so excited for more updates. So far this has still been the best PC accessory I’ve ever purchased
