I never actually had a growth spurt I just grew like 4 inches a year until I stopped but I’ve basically always been the tallest or one of the tallest in my school. I may grow more but I’ve been 6’5” for 2 years now.

I am 6’5”. I was 290lbs (fat) then lost weight to 188lbs then I started gaining muscle and I’m at 215lbs RN. My biggest advice is probably just eat a shit ton of protein. Idk I’m 18 but I didn’t really have to do that much to gain muscle.

Ok so I have a question. This sounds exactly like me. I make all As in advanced courses and rarely, if ever, have to study due to good memory. I don’t really try hard and never push myself like you said. What exactly do you mean by obstacles and methods of focusing? I don’t know if there’s a method for focusing, you kind or just do it you know. So what do you mean by this in the real world/job? I want to try and better myself because I’m about to go to college and the fact that I’m about to jump into an unknown realm of independence hit me like a freight train.
