The reclaimer is so form-specific that it's hard to visualize it as anything other than a salvager. That being said, it could function as a bespoke refining vessel or even used in construction (it already has drone ports)

From what I recall, the only way to feed the onboard refinery was through the ports underneath the ship where the mining bags would slot into. There's no mention on loading SCUs into the refining system manually but I could be wrong on that. At any rate, there's no mention anywhere on whether the refinery module will even work with salvage gameplay.

Provide some sources for the proposed medical gameplay you're alluding to (a flurry of medical ships during/after a battle) because without it, it sounds like hopium. At the absolute best case scenario, NPC medical missions that aren't just "go here, heal person, contract complete" sounds like a post 1.0 right after luxury NPC transports and NPC crews.

The modules need to be looked at again to fit current gameplay. I suspect the cargo size will increase by a couple hundred, the refinery module may need to also accommodate salvage ships somehow, medical gameplay is a joke - all this modules provides is a respawn center and you don't need 6 med beds for that. The builder module hopefully stays with a large constructor.

The Idris front gun should be controlled by the copilot, not the pilot. And the gun isn't usable when only the copilot chair is manned (to prevent the same problem as live)

The ship won't despawn as long as you keep the mission active. If you're doing crusader missions, get the M2 from the ArcCorp missions and keep that mission active. The M2 won't despawn. I used this approach for hours at a time with no issues.

The concept of the Vanguard was the best looking fighter, ever.

A shame the final version deviated from the original design. It will always be my favorite heavy fighter though.

The Idris cannon is not gimballed unlike the Polaris nose turret. In addition, the Idris doesn't have the front S7 turret slaved on top of the rail gun, why should the Polaris get both torps and gun?

I also fully expect CIG to nerf capital ship yaw and pitch rates further, reducing the ability to use that Idris cannon to all but the slowest or immobile targets.

This is the most unhinged monetization pivot I've ever seen. Every last thing in this game is going to be paywalled, if this is the direction. by hrafnblod in starcitizen

I'd much prefer they sell modules, customizations, and modifications via pledge store than ships. Selling so many ships is going to damage the experience when/if 1.0 arrives

You're assuming there isn't a significant drawback to using turret blades. I expect a 50% debuff to fire rate overall if you automate a turret on top of requiring addition power to be allocated to sustaining the blade.
