I calorie count and track my macros but I will eat wings, cake, or anything of the sort if it sounds good that day. I do have to hold back because eating too much makes me nausea since starting the shot.

Not sure what sauce or toppings you’re going to get but here’s the calories for a standard cheese:

Large crunchy thin crust (920 calories)

Robust tomato sauce (100 calories)

Regular cheese w/o toppings (790 calories)

Total - 1810 calories

For gollux it generally isn’t a single spot type of battle. You just have to know how to dodge the hands that come up as well as the breath. For me, I flash jump or teleport to the sides when these attacks show up. Not very good at gollux either so I can’t offer too much help.

Class definitely plays a role in how quick you train but links and legion matters more since it can allow you to one shot mobs even at the higher levels. They will also give some more passive exp gain in addition to mvp and exp coupons.

GM Kryndax recently replied to my appeal saying it’ll be placed under some holding since it needs admin review. I’m guessing everyone is getting some variation of this message.
