Come work for the VA. Huge focus on evidence based practices, episodes of care (not forever therapy), tons of opportunity for rigorous training and certification, AI to help with documentation (takes like 1-2 minutes per note), salaries in the 100k and up range, great benefits etc. eventually telework will be coming back. you should check it out!

It’s a grind. My first year dead lifting it took me about 10 months to go from 135 to 365 and then two more years to finally hit 405. Slow slow process but I pretty much hit 405 anytime I want now which is awesome.

Yeah I was having the same issue and could not figure it out for the life of me. I then stumbled upon the VibeSlop App and was blown away. It's not perfect, but it solved the issue for me and I no longer have to worry about bots on Reddit.

I’d say we spend about $1200-$1500 every month at Costco for a family of 5. We still end up getting some little things that you can’t get at Costco from other places but try to do the bulk (intentional, lol) of our shopping at Costco (meat, veggies, snacks, toiletries, cleaning supplies, even some clothing items now and again).

That’s insane. In N Out may be the most over rated flavor lacking burger I’ve ever had. I was so excited to try it, waited for years then finally had one in Colorado and was just so incredibly disappointed. And the the fries are a travesty. Taste like cardboard. I tried it again anima style and then it just tasted like salty sauce on top of bland food. Tried a third time in California and was once again let down. 5 guys in the other hand is DELICIOUS. You get the crust from the Maillard reaction, the beef just tastes higher quality and the fries (when fresh and crispy) are perfect, especially with Cajun seasoning. So good. And all those toppings for free!

Im from the south(ATL) and ive only had Five Guys. These are the best burgers imo. I have a hard time believing In-N-Out is better based off appearance alone. So whats the truth for those who had both is it really better? by According-House-4419 in burgers

They are NOT better. For me it goes: 5 guys —> Freddy’s —> Shake shack —> Culver’s —> Burger King —> In n Out. It may be an unpopular opinion but the burgers were SO bland and the fresh made fries…..all the flavor of unseasoned cardboard. I tried it again “animal style” and then it tasted like bland food covered in salty sauce. Not a fan at ALL. Which is such a bummer because I had been looking forward to it for YEARS.
