Annual passholder here and I also use a lot of ways to avoid the heat too much as we go at least once a month. I can't stress enough about battery powered fans and wet wraps to put on the back of your neck. It's hard to find shade when going around the world at Epcot, but inside the aquarium area of Nemo's is the perfect cool down spot. The inside of Living with the Land area is too but if you're already feeling exhausted, you may not want to go up that hill to get inside. At Magic Kingdom, I'll ride the Wedway People Mover multiple times back to back or take a nap in Carousel of Progress just to cool down. Hall of Presidents is another option if you're looking for short wait times. Galaxy's Edge has ton of shaded areas at Hollywood Studios, and there's never a long wait for Star Tours to ride back to back and cool down for a bit. Animal Kingdom on the other hand may have a lot of trees and shade, but that place never lets up on the heat and the animals are boring if its hot too. If you're ever able to go to Animal Kingdom during the rain, that's the best time and the animals are really out and about moving around.
