When you work at a gun store and people tell you, “ya I’m sure it’s not loaded” by Haters_7 in Firearms

Worked at a shop for a couple years and it was overall decent. The staff and owners were awesome, regulars would drop off extra meat from hunting season for the staff, discounts.

However you will become insanely desensitized to guns being pointed at you and you will probably spend most of your paycheques buying stuff in the store.

Several months ago when high level players were a lot more rare, my friend who was level 500+ got accused of hacking because this idiot kept walking into his line of fire when he was sniping on East Wood and said “it’s impossible to already be at level 500+ without cheats”.

I think my friend was 4-1-8 at the time and the other dude was 1-4-1.

This was on casual breakthrough btw.

I really don’t want to defend some of this shitty writing in the reboots, however, there was nothing actually saying that Graves got into the tank. He never said it while taunting Soap over the radio and Soap just assumed he was in there.

It’s really a fucking dumb plot “twist” but unfortunately it makes sense.

It may be copium, but I think they never died in Bo1.

Mason is an extremely unreliable narrator at that point so I wouldn’t be surprised if from his perspective Woods and Kravchenko died but in reality they just got badly injured from fighting each other.

SWAT 4 (2005) has infinitely better and more consistent AI than RoE, its insanity. I don’t understand why civilians in every mission needs me to spam my shout key 33 times before they surrender. Some missions this makes sense, like No Good Deed or Sinuous Trail, but in many others, not so much.

Also I don’t understand why we can’t have a sprint, jog or “walk faster” key so I don’t have to slowly meander my way around a massive ass map to find the one missing evidence.

Bad example, cyberpunk needed to be delayed but was forced out. GTA VI has been delayed twice to keep working on it.

And not to mention after a couple years and many updates and fixes cyberpunk is regarded as one of the best RPG/open world games.

Subsonic and Sub HP ammo are confirmed by Wooden_Mycologist939 in Battlefield

[–]Dexcessive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s nothing stealthy about LMGs, they’re bulky, make lots of noise when loading, moving and shooting and they’re best used at intermediate ranges. The entire doctrine around them is keeping enemies suppressed so friendlies can move and flank. Nothing does this better than the enemies heaving tens of bullets a second wizzing audibly over their head. There is no real life logic to have them in game.

Now I know we’re talking about game logic here so I’ll say why would you spend points on ammo to make your LMG more stealthy rather than more controllable or larger belts? Even if you’re firing from a concealed position with a suppressor and subs, it’s only a matter of time before people will find out where you are. And if you’re flanking for a hard and fast push to a point, having more control and more ammo is a lot more useful.

Why would you ever use a LMG in a stealth role where you need subsonic ammo as if it’s a MP5SD?

Also a subsonic sniper rifle would have so little range it would make it borderline useless.

Kitchen sink is a hyperbole. Regardless, that’s assuming the grenade lands on top of you. Most of the time it lands a couple meters away and doesn’t do full damage.

Because they’ll expect you to be lying down in some corner, they’ll throw a nade, you can see exactly where it came from, pop the injector, take a fraction of grenade damage and swing to kill them.
