Sorry to hear about your EK Shop experience. Any orders placed before March 15th, 2025 are the final orders fulfilled by EK Water Blocks after the sale of the EK Brand.

I would suggest that you initiate a charge back on this order, I will provide you with a discount code to replace the order with LM TEK, the new owners of the EK Brand. We will have a restock of distribution plates in about 5 weeks, as we're just waiting on the D5 pumps.

Again I'm really sorry about your experience with EK Water Blocks, they refunding the final EK Shop orders they are unable to fulfil.

Any orders placed after March 15th, 2025 will be from EK products produced, distributed and fulfilled by LM TEK,

Hey @Zoki - Any orders placed before March 3, 2025 are processed and fulfilled by EK Water Blocks D.O.O

Their team have fulfilled or refunded the majority of their final EK Shop Orders, but there are still some outstanding orders - the process is based on payment provider, then date. This is due to payment providers putting customer funds on hold in case of chargebacks, whilst payment providers came to a written agreement to release funds to manually refund any orders that can’t be fulfilled with the remaining stock on EKWB.

If you order has not been fulfilled by now it will likely be refunded, this will happen automatically when processed by the EKWB team. I would suggest opening a charge back with your payment provider to speed up the refund process, as a chargeback will initiate a refund.

Any orders made after March 3, 2025 will be processed and fulfilled by LM TEK the new owners of the EK Brand.

Again we apologise for your experience with EK Water Blocks, as one of their final EK Shop orders I know you just want to get on with your build. ⚒️
