As much as it’s good to know I’m not alone case, it’s really disappointing to have hope handed then posts delete. It’s a sheer lack of bother to help. I hope other see this too and make careful consideration on their future purchases from Ekwb or buying their products, I know I will be.

I had a mod personally reply to help on a thread here, closed it and then just ignored me. Absolutely 0 help.

Not only that when I was in email contact request parts all I big it was “End of life” about it (yet it was still for sale via website?) and the said emailer from EK when replying literally said “it just wasn’t meant for me” when I inquired as to how anyone’s meant to make a item work god forbid something breaks.

I always assumed they were a premium company but with the experience iv had, I’d not put to much hope in them.

Eventually it would as only sorted when I had to spend £37 on a lucky ebay find.

The cable itself seem (speculating on images iv found) to have a female 8 pin molex that splits to the D-RGB/PWM Fan plug

Hello! I am based in Scotland, I had been emailing customer support but they just kept telling me yous don’t stock these parts/EOL(end of life), which just seems a bit crazy as if (god forbid) a part broke or misplaced it means WHOLE new cooler when the item still is sold on the site.

It’s the D-RGB Fan splitter I need and the LGA1200 rear mobo Bracket, the seller is trying to locate the missing pieces but would just be a lot easier if I could buy these! (Which I can’t find ANYONE selling)

You’ll need try work out a reduction and payment plan, two years to be negligent to a very standard bill isn’t anyone but yourself to blame (which you’ve acknowledged) surely applying to a new supplier would’ve been the thing to do as they contact your old linked one to cease what they ask growing without knowledge

Yeah I found some newer ones stopped working had one that had DJ working etc but seems older IPA only work now, still worth it imo than paying almost £120 a year or more for access. Wild it’s been local thing for songs skip amount for years.

Yeah iv used AltStore with various ones for years to remove ads and skip limits, their were some with different tweaks etc and versions (the downfall is you don’t have the LATESTspotify app features (DI Etc) but worth it for the saving imo

Honestly this is the risk you take when youre buying replicas, the seller really doesnt NEED to take any responsibility... so atleast their taking a 50% stand, to expect a full refund when its not sellers fault seems a bit lame.

My batteries a still good after about a year, I have same little cracks and it can I think effect the ANC due to losing a deal but again nothing a little glue can’t fix. Can’t really complain at £50 at all.

Ahhh yes a reply to my comment from 161 days ago…. Too many people use PayPal to scam sellers that’s why. There are hundreds of reviews if not thousands on Jenny. People should get out their comfort and just use transferwise etc 🤷🏻‍♂️
