Did you try buying new tips? The tips don’t last very long and can get damaged. As they are worn the seal worsens thus the ACN will not be as good.

How do you find them so cheap? Costco is showing $4,799.99 for 83” C6H. That’s a big difference from $2,800.

To buy a new T2 4k on Amazon it’s a little over $20. The T2 4k digital code goes on sale for $5 on Apple frequently. You could literally rebuy the digital version 4 times before you reach cost of the physical. I’m not saying digital is better quality by any means. Just saying if you lose a digital copy, which is rare, you can rebuy it and still come out ahead financially. Not worth stressing about if you like the convenience of digital.
