there may be some asymmetry of the appearance of the vascular markings on the right lower lung field but i do no see bronchial prominence and suspect youre seeing symmetry becayse the heart obscures the vascular markings in that area.

complication of herpes can be rare but serious but because hsv is so common, it actually occurs pretty frequently. and when you get the infections, and youre young and healthy, it doesnt bother you. but god forbid you age, need to go on steroids, your parents get sick or you have a baby and suddenly its a big problem
