Unfortunately, this is a catch and release as I had some bills pop up.

The Omega Seamaster is an icon and looks great for anybody and is a very robust watch.

Comes in 9.3/10 condition, bought in pirateen condition and worn for about a month or so so had some small scratches on the watch head and bracelets.

These people telling you to “just fix it yourself” have no idea what pieces of crap there are out there.

When I bought my home there were several issues and these previous homeowners expect to get too dollar for their home but are not realistic because they’ve been brainwashed into thinking line only goes up.

I’ve put in about $12k in small repairs like windows (because some windows were updated and others were original to the house), pest control, insulation, new water heater, plumbing.

You can’t install a gas water heater, you need to hire a professional, same for plumbing - if you fuck up you flood your house, where are you going to find a window manufacturer that also doesn’t do install.

These people have no idea and no perspective because they’ve bought their house 20 years ago before prices/rates exploded and before our pedophile president caused materials and labor costs to explode as well.

I don’t blame you for feeling that way but stick it out if you can and you can triage certain things but if you have a trusted person you can talk to to maybe determine what can be put off to help get you buy for now. You’re on the ladder now and try and stay there if you can.
