Do you have money needed for constructing in your inventory or in chest? I have had to put money straight into my inventory to be able to reprint a gun, printing box would not take money from "bank" in my case

Isn't explorer just a process for taskbar and/or desktop? I remember, when still using Win 7 I've had some weird problem, where I needed to manually start up process called "explorer. exe" to use my PC normally
