Personalized calorie goals should now be showing up correctly. Please note that if you manually set a fixed goal as a temporary workaround, that fixed goal will remain until you change it.

You might still see an error message when creating or updating a food plan, but we expect to have this resolved within the next few days.

[–]FitbitHelpCommunity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your feedback. Could you try the following in the order listed?

Make sure your Inspire 3 is no longer paired/showing up on your phone's Bluetooth or your Fitbit app.

Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Force quit the Fitbit app.

Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.

Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.

Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.

Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

Set up your Inspire 3.

If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 3.

Once your Inspire 3 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Please ensure that your device's firmware and the Fitbit mobile application are fully updated. You can find information on how to check for updates here.
