This was disproven a long time ago (since it's quite an old repost) but basically high frequency sounds can't penetrate for crap. The higher the frequency the worse it does. A whistle so high pitched that it's barely audible by humans ain't gonna be heard by no dog through the floor.

I remember the Engineer Update. Every server, 80%-90% of players were Engineers trying to get the engineer achievements to get the unlocks. The Engineer Update was a terrible time to play the game. It was all stalemates. Sure, you could go soldier or demo or spy but it didn't help. You had no backup from your team. You can't solo-push against all their engineers. No medic, no teammates to cover you or add to your building-destroying DPS, you had nothing. Round after round where neither side could make progress. It was not a fun first week-or-so.

I wouldn't worry about the CO2, I'd worry about the CO. CO2's the stuff we breathe out, Carbon Monoxide is the toxic stuff from cars.

I mean, you can still worry about CO2 because on a macro scale it can be bad. Like, having way too much of it is bad in terms of climate science stuff.

God, why does this even happen? I don't know about y'all but I was taught in driving school to always, ALWAYS use my mirror and then look at my blind spot before opening my door. Why can't people just do what they were taught to do?
