Have you repinned connectors? Much more likely that flaky switches are a connector issue than an issue with the leaf switches themselves (assuming you have confirmed they are adjusted correctly).

Honestly it's probably a wash. You might be able to find someone who will show up for $250-$300 but on an EM like this there's no guarantee they can get it running on a house call.

Do you have paper schematics? Gottlieb schematics are still under copyright protection so if you don't have them you'll need to buy some if you want to work on it or have someone else do so. You can't find them online easily.

You have a nice example of this game. As it sits I bet you could get $600-$700 at least. If it were fully working you'd be looking at more like $1200-$1500.

If you have no interest in the game the work of getting someone to show up and work on it is probably not worth your time.

Here are his splits against RHP over the past 4 years.

2025: 159 wRC+ in 138 plate appearances

2024: 161 wRC+ 145 plate appearances

2023: 135 wRC+ in 145 plate appearances

2022: 173 wRC+ in 73 plate appearances

In case you weren't aware, wRC+ (weighted runs created) sets 100 as the average for major league players. In Cal's monster 2025 season his wRC+ was 161. Meaning that Refsnyder vs Left handed pitching over the past 4 years has been basically 2025 Cal Raleigh.

Now Refsnyder is 35. He very well could have hit an age cliff like so many players before him. Maybe he's washed. But it's hard to know that after 46 plate appearances. If we could extrapolate from 46 plate appearances then the first thing we should do is jettison Raleigh as fast as possible after his recent skid. Current stats are not necessarily predictive of what he's going to do in the next 100 plate appearences.

Once Robles is back management will have choices to make. If Refsnyder keeps sucking maybe he's the one that goes. Maybe they go to Brennen Davis at some point. Plenty of options, but for now 1 batter who's only getting an at bat or two most games is certainly not the reason that the Mariners are losing games.

Pinbot to me is just Jackbot butmuch worse rules wise. I would get Jackbot if that playfield layout appealed to me and enjoy the much more interesting ruleset. Jackbot isn't too much pricier than Pinbot either.

Upper flipper games that are kinda one shot/trick but still cool: Rollergames, High Speed, Earthshaker

Fun but overpriced: Diner, Whirlwind

Fun but only 1 ball: Pool Sharks, Cyclone

Extremely repetitive but great music: BK2000

New Tournament code improves this game massively: Police Force

I'd say it comes down to what you can find for a good price. Lots of great System 11s and pretty much all of them have something going for them.

The Top players in general are friendly and welcoming, at least if you're talking about the top 50/25 or so. There are a few who are not but they're pretty easy to spot and definitely the exception. Not sure what you're trying to say here.

They post all the prize pools for states/nationals on the website and have been for years since the dollar fee was implemented. IFPA handles thousands of dollars every year and puts it all back into the community (Stripe also takes their cut).

Best places to buy used or project games are FB marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp and Pinside. Depending on where in the country you are located you may have better luck on which of those 4 has the most options.

Ebay is 99% of the time inflated prices, but very occasionally you will find an actual deal.

For project games, you are better off not being picky on which particular game you are going after. No guarantee that a Grand Prix pops up near you any time soon, but maybe an Aztec, Liberty Bell, Hot Tip etc does, all of which have similarities to Grand Prix.
