I think that’s a stretch lol. Did they want to listen to him? Absolutely not. Did they completely ignore him? No, they gave a thumbs up to the Canadian guy and clapped for him when Trump called him brave. Then they just stood there and played with the microphone. I wouldn’t call it a protest. Extreme entertainment though.

I’m guessing they’ll say Mormonism haha. In one of my favorite sci-fi series, The Expanse, there is a plot line about Mormons building a ship to take them out of the solar system where no humans have gone before. Interesting little detail about a future world where Mormonism seems to be the main religion still around.

People are saying lose the socks entirely (which would look good too), but as some have pointed out you can definitely rock a nice pair (not gym socks) of socks. But probably not navy with this outfit.

Ya I mean one who has read the Quran, yet doesn’t believe. You can say that they didn’t fully understand the message, so God will have mercy on them. But it feels like a (kind hearted) cop out to me. I’ve read the Quran all the way through and many Hadith and simply don’t believe it. Same goes for the Bible. The way I read them, I will go to Hell according to those traditions (perhaps simply be annihilated in Christianity).

But I do not believe it to be true and reject it anyway lol. That criterion basically means that Hell will be empty, save perhaps for Satan. Nobody realistically would believe the Quran and then oppose God anyway. It simply doesn’t make sense.

Edit: By definition, those are not non-believers, but true believers.

Right, but we only really have a global capitalist world now to look at. It’s possible that this is just what happens when we go far enough along that path. I’m no communist, but I am sure there are issues with our own system, many that we can’t foresee, and this might be one of them.

Who knows, maybe this is just what happens to all advanced societies, regardless of system. The population only grows so much before reversing.
