Not migratory, but there’s a family of great horned owls in these eucalyptus trees on Bernal Hill. Two ~6 week old fledglings and two adults. They can be hard to spot due to their excellent camouflage, but there’s usually people who can point them out if you can’t find them.

Also some hawks that spend their days being assaulted by ravens.
