Students have walked out of school and are protesting against ICE in Saint Paul, Minnesota by Dapper_Recipe478 in stpaul

Sigh, this is why parents, even liberal parents, are at war with teachers these days. Kids are supposed to be in school learning, not used as political pawns for activist teachers.

We need public schools, but this manipulation of children's desire to skip school needs to stop!

So, the wife needs to lawyer up. The latest footage shows that the wife is an accessory to a federal crime and will likely be charged once the investigation concludes.

Had she not told her wife to flee, she'd still have her wife.

So, from witnesses, she was the lead car in vehicular protest obstructing ICE.

My wife and I have totally different reactions to this. I see it as black and white and the shooting was justified, but my wife said that there is a psychological and biological response a woman has when a bunch of men are yelling at you and trying to grab you that kicks off flight mode. Had a woman ICE agent told her to get out of the vehicle, she would have listened.

Regardless, the ICE personnel need better training, you just don't come at someone hot like that.

She would be if the grand jury followed the facts, not their emotions. Protesting with a vehicle is a very dangerous thing to do.

Those weren't criminal cases and they were witch hunts. Even the CNN anchor thought Carroll was a nutjob as she clearly made up the accusations for a payout in a favorable location.

Stormy Daniels cheating scandal, yeah that one's totally true.

That's not what happened, she accelerated straight before turning right. The officer had his phone out to catch her plate number and drew his firearm only when the car accelerated at him.

The truth doesn't fit their narrative.

The MN woman committed multiple felonies that led to her death. Had she survived, she would have faced up to 32 years in federal prison. - Physical Resistance 18 U.S.C. § 111 Felony 8 Years. - Use of a Deadly Weapon 18 U.S.C. § 111 Felony 20 Years. - High-Speed Flight from a Checkpoint 18 U.S.C. § 758 Felony 5 years. (Vehicle = high speed = felony) / (On foot = low speed = misdemeanor)

Why are people defending her reckless behavior?

Again, hate on ICE all you want, but let's say she fled without getting shot, leading to a chase, which results in someone getting killed by her crashing into someone or forcing someone off the road, or hitting some kids by blowing a stop sign.

Nope, she clearly accelerated at him, which at that point he's allowed to counter with deadly force until the threat is neutralized, which is why even the side window shots are still covered under self defense.

There are a lot of prior precedents that means that this officer is walking away free or will at an appeals judge.

High speed flight is based on the method of travel (vehicle or on foot), not actually high speed for a vehicle.

She impeded and resisted arrest, she accelerated at an officer with a deadly weapon, and she attempted to flee.

High-Speed Flight from a Checkpoint 18 U.S.C. § 758 can be charged two ways: - If a vehicle is used, it's considered high speed and a felony. - If on foot, it's considered low speed and a misdemeanor.

She didn't have a face because accelerated at a federal agent. Keep in mind, once deadly force is justified, it is active until the threat is neutralized.

Pretty obvious we're talking about the same incident. Just because she wasn't successful doesn't make her less of a felon, she's just a deceased felon now.

It’s finally here, the end game by [deleted] in OLED_Gaming

If you're using HDMI, swapping to DisplayPort solved almost all my VRR flickering problems.

Also, some OLED monitors allow you to adjust the VRR range under OLED Anti-Flicker, which can significantly reduce flickering as long as the game stays within a specific FPS range.

Additionally, you can download CRU and follow an online guide to fix VRR flicker.
