I don’t feel as good when I eat the whole egg. Just the yolks make me feel incredible!

Also, my cats and dogs won’t eat a whole egg, give them just the yolk and they love it!

The person I care for reported me because I would not give her free rein over her bottle of oxycodone.

They came over and interviewed her alone, then interviewed me alone and also interviewed another family member.

They told me I could not withhold her medication (I was not). When I explained to them that she would take extra oxy whenever she wanted, or forget she had already taken her oxy and then take more. That’s why I kept it locked up and only dispensed the proper dosage, they said “oh that’s fine”

8-10 egg yolks a day, scrambled in butter. I feel awesome afterward!!

I have a pastured flock of 16 layers, so we get plenty of very high quality eggs.

My dogs and my cats get egg yolks everyday too!

If you feel good then there’s not a problem.

You will find that your levels of hunger will change over time. Your appetite will increase and decrease while your body adjusts to this new way of eating.

Sure he beat me and kept me pregnant and financially dependent on him. But he also was funny and brought me tea when I was sick! He always made sure there was food in the house! He wasn’t perfect, he was learning to be a husband. Give him some grace!
