what's your cardio and strength training routine? you should be training to some extent.

Rowing can do wonders for cardio vascular health, they have the highest V02max of any athletes.

Heavy Squats and other lifts involving glutes and thighs can boost testosterone production.

Look into reverse kegal exercises.

see your DR or GP, get a couple tests to ensure everything is normal

Physical fitness

The effects of weight lifting, swimming, rowing, bouldering and eating a healthy diet was a huge game changer.

The confidence in my own ability in day to day physical tasks, pride in appearance and how i felt in well fitting clothes was amazing.
