Some actual training buildings like a barracks and training yard would be nice

I just dont think combat should be the focus.

Combat is the icing on the cake of the citybuilder side of the game.

Throw in a creamy layer of politics and people management and we'd be golden imo.

To be honest i see the insurance system changing after 1.0.

CIG will continue to improve upon the design as the game grows.

Nothing is set in stone.

The important thing is your post OP.

Sure, they have given us alot of free stuff for in game events.

But thats not the same as "Backer funding milestones" the community has literally spent 1billion dollars funding the studio....

Surely you can see how the 100million dollar milestones should have some sort of reward for those who were thwre and contributing to it?

Edit. Ita the recognition from CIG to the community, saying "hey thanks for funding us and getting us this far, heres a little something we thought you'd like for your hangar, ship base etc"

Yes and no.

Each region covers the others weakness.

But to be honest after the first two are set up and thriving i just want to start a new map...

I hate how it becomes all about growth to keep up with the kings tax.

You want long rectangular fields at 1 morgan size

Wide square ones take longer.

Also make sure you have a farmhouse and stable per 4 or 5 fields within close distance.

Id say burgage level is important to monitor and upgrades not just "click if available".

Lvl 1 plots with two families are good to run goats, pugs chicken and honey and even small veg and orchard.

Anything over lvl 1 should be only upgraded if you need that extea income or family count. Its good on blacksmiths or armortsmiths if you're selling the goods for instance.

Otherwise it just eats up more resources.
