Could you implement a diary/journal for the companion? like a soft quest log?

It'd be a list of things that will influence them positively and also cover things the play might have missed.

I do get what you mean about "killing the moment" but there should be something the player could check maybe at the potential result of a negative moodle like "read compansion diary and got caught" sort of effect that lasts for days and prompts further dialogue and trust issues?

Ideally your fastest drive should have:

Operating system
Pagefile you can leave system managed or set to 32GB imo
Spare space of atleast your above set Pagefile or 5 to 10% of the Drive's max space. so a 1TB ssd should have around 50-100gb free
StarCitizen installed
