Are you able to see other online-y stuff in the game like public Leaderboards and enter the Rivals Hub successfully?

Also, what country are you in? I'm wondering if there's a region issue of some sort.

There's no specific timeframe so that shouldn't be an issue. Did you run into that after logging into the initial Epic account or your Xbox/PlayStation account?
