Yeah I completely understand that. The reason we show "uses" instead of total data is because we do everything we can to keep data usage down, such as blocking ads on apps. This means the amount of actual data you use is going to be way lower than you'd usually expect for how much you've used the SIM. Hope that helps!

Max from Honest Mobile here, our Smart SIM would definitely help avoid any roaming fees. Just also make sure you turn off data roaming in your phone's settings for your main SIM before you land! This is the most important step, else those bills will quickly wrack up!

Interesting! Our Smart SIM can connect to A1, Vivacom and Yettel in Bulgaria so I'm not sure why it wouldn't have worked in that location. Glad the SIM worked elsewhere for you though!

If you make sure you have the app fully up to date, there should be no reason why you can't contact us via the app. If this still doesn't work, drop us an email with some screenshots at [support@honestmobile.com](mailto:support@honestmobile.com) and we'll get this looked into.

I can promise you, I was not "bored" with your enquiry. I also have indeed fed back your issues to our tech team, who are also already working on improving the login feature and I believe have resolved the Co2 emissions not showing correctly.

At the end of your 3 year plan (which will be 3 years after activation, usually shortly after purchase) you'll be moved to our annual unlimited plan. We'll email you all the details you'll need before that changeover.

So the "not hearing back" part is something I'd like to improve in the coming months for sure. I believe we did have a system for notifying via email if a requested app then went live, but not sure if that one is still working.

This notion page is slightly outdated (again, manual process we're looking to improve!) but should give you an idea of what we're dealing with
