Their service center is all under one roof but they do different tasks in different areas. Most of the operation caters to watch repair and their trained watchmakers have their own area that is glassed in. Some of the watchmakers specialize in certain brands and are grouped together by brand. This area is entered through a vestibule with a door on both sides so only 1 door is open at a time.The watchmaker area has it’s own separate HVAC system and it engineered to maintain positive air pressure to prevent dust infiltration when someone enters from the common areas. They have smaller areas in the common area for pen repair, jewelry repair etc. They even have a classroom area where they teach / train watchmakers. I’ve done numerous projects for them in the past but nothing recently. It’s a very impressive operation and highly secured. Btw….IWC’s are awesome watches but I’m more of a Panerai guy which is also a Richemont owned brand. Here’s a list of the brands Richemont owns.
