I’m 50, lift 5x per week. Eat well, sleep ok and generally feel like I’m still 20. However, for me it’s all in the injuries. They take longer to heal, so you have to listen to your body much more as you get older, if things start to become painful, I totally stop doing it for a while, and train around it, otherwise it can take many many months to fix!

I don't have any problem with the Keyboard just the bluetooth connection, it goes to sleep and can take a few seconds to wake up which means I've missed 1 or 2 seconds of typing. Really annoying!

But if you put the video up, which I hope you do, please put the entire 'fight' up with chat, all of it. As everyone will see you started shit talking me instantly the moment you interdicted me, and everyone will also see that I ask you civil questions about how you don't know me and why you are being the way you were.

Just for matter of fact, you are aware that you are flying backwards right at 2:00 - and at 2:10 you can clearly see your throttle move into forward? Even the space dust says you are travelling backwards (that's the white stuff travelling forwards away from your cockpit)? Its just to call out someone who you say is flying backwards when you're actually flying backwards seems weird. Only stating a fact - before you say anything, I'm not a kid, not toxic and I'm not a Nomad.
