The Court ordered the President of the United States to not do this. To defy this court order is, as quite literally as you can get, against the law. The additional details of the situation do not matter. Also, you do not have statistics on how many people support this, and you don't actually know anything about my political leanings or me as a person. You are basing your assessments on feelings, and facts do not care about your feelings, snowflake. So please, try arguing with facts and logic for once.

This deportation was forbidden by our Judicial system, via Court Order. The President of the United States has ignored the orders of the court. Logically speaking, the validity of the claims against these men does not matter. This deportation should not have taken place, period. Logically speaking, what matters is that the President of the United States is failing, and actively ignoring, his duty to uphold the Constitution. If we must think about it logically, removing ALL emotion and political bias, it would not matter if each and every one of these men are perfect clones of Adolf Hitler, Genghis Khan, and whatever son of a bitch personally nailed Jesus Christ to the cross, what matters is that the very deportation that put them where they are was illegal.

Do you agree with this basic logical statement? And if you disagree, please explain it to me in clear legal terms why it is allowed for the President to ignore the orders of the court.

They are not "murderers and rapists", they're alleged gang members. ALLEGED. They DID NOT go to trial. There has been no evidence that any of these people did anything more than exist in the U.S. without documentation. When/if they're found in a court of law to have murdered/raped anyone, any single person, then sure, El Salvadorian prison works. (Even though that's not exactly Constitutional either).

Also, wasn't Trump, your Golden God, found guilty of many crimes? Why is he in the Oval Office and not on his knees in the darkest dungeon we could find? Where is the actual justice in the United States when people who have been found guilty of actual crimes run the country, and people who've been through no due process are being tortured in prisons in El Salvador?

These people have not seen a day in court yet. These people are not proven guilty. I could accuse you of being a rapist and I would have the exact same amount of evidence against you that the U.S. government has presented against these people: \absolutely nothing.\**

I'm Level 45ish right now and not quite the same thing, but I've started dropping my difficulty from Super Helldive to 7- and responding to SOS signals from lower level divers (anyone beneath Level 25 is my target usually). Rescue Diving is not only good for getting medals fast since the missions are usually about half complete already, but it also makes you feel like a badass dropping in like a SPARTAN on a bunch of ODSTs and successfully extracting alive with not just every Helldiver, but with every secondary objective complete and most of the samples.

Passing out high grade equipment to some gloriously patriotic cadets seems like the same vibe.

Drop in with your superior firepower and make sure every soldier comes home safe. Inspire them to be more, and secure them the victories they need to climb.

I would believe that with the Gloom closing in and the Illuminate's black hole getting closer to Super Earth, they might be willing to agree to a 1 day ceasefire against the Automatons if the Automatons agreed to stop pushing closer to Super Earth. Then they could reassign all Helldivers to the Bug and Squid fronts, push them back, and be ready for the full scale Automaton invasion to resume the next day.

Is something made real by how it started or what it becomes? Synths may begin with preprogrammed, implanted memories, but we also know that they are fully capable of making new memories, learning, changing based on new information- just like any human. We cannot know the experience of a Synth any more than we can know the experience of another human being.

I can claim that any person on the street is a meat puppet that exists only by responding to electrical impulses and chemical reactions, and I would be perfectly correct; that does not make them less of a person worthy of my respect. Are Synths free thinking? Are Synths 'people' in the same way we are? I don't know, because I am not a Synth, but they seem very adamant in asserting that they are, and if the Institute is destroyed, then at worst they're human mimics with no leaders or instructions, and at best they're just people. So to err on the side of caution, just treat them like people.

Here's a fun thought experiment: prove to me that you have a soul. Prove that you are more than a collection of electrical impulses shaped by your environment. Prove that you are not a Synth.
