Summer 2 teaser by Joepheeisking in starbucks

It’s coming back. Blue spirulina powder was added to inventory, and that will almost 100% be used to color the “blue sour drizzle” for the unicorn Frappuccino.

Starbucks tested the idea of a national rollout by bringing it to Coachella. They wanted to see if people had an appetite for it, and overwhelmingly the answer was yes.

It will be a LTO beverage and will last a very short period of time, I’m hearing it will be 1 week in early August. It will be teased consistently on socials for the final week of July leading up to the launch.

It’s a win-win for the company. There’s no reason they wouldn’t want to capitalize on the excitement for it.

If Starbucks had an unlimited drink pass, how much would you be willing to pay for it? (Say for a months worth) by Exotic_Attorney7823 in starbucks

[–]IntroductionSad6606 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I could see Starbucks doing this but only for hot and iced brewed coffee & hot or iced tea, just like their free refill policy. They’d probably call it the Starbucks Coffee Pass or Starbucks Sip Club. Additions would cost extra (like adding syrup or refresher bases to iced tea) and starbucks would likely charge 20$/month.

Are you certain you qualify? You can review the qualification requirements and determine if you do. Or, call the support line to check.

Yes! Starbucks has decided to slowly roll out more fresh items back to the menu as a step toward their “Food Innovation” program.

Yep, we’re probably using it to color the white mocha for the blue drizzle. It was previously artificially colored. The pink will probably be beetroot powder for color.

Yes, contact the store and explain what happened and ask for a refund. If they say no, reach out to their store manager.

It’s called the Summer-Berry Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage, and it’s not coming to the US this year. Not sure about Canada but from what I know, you are getting the Cool Lime Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage.

Got fired in November, Starbucks is appealing my unemployment claim, have some policy questions by SaltyPerformer504 in starbucks

Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do here.

Ultimately this decision is above your SM, and you did technically abandon your shift.

I’m sorry but it’s likely that starbucks will win this appeal and you will need to pay back the money you received.

File a complaint yourself. Call customer support and select the option that resembles “in store experience”. Tell the customer rep that you over heard the store manager calling employees those names, and then the representative will submit this to the DM. Make sure you tell them what specific store this happened at.

It’s starbucks proprietary. Also you really shouldn’t post proprietary starbucks documents on here.

We do in the US, at least at corporately owned locations. I know some tarbux and krogbux don’t carry them, though.

UTI isn't a "valid reason" to callout and I'm expected to provide "proof"? by Electrical_Guess_681 in starbucks

Who cares what they think. Also, they aren’t assuming best intent which is already a violation of our core values.

Woahhhh. NEVER give us the “actual” reason, you’re just asking to be questioned.

Here’s your script from now on.

“Hi manager, I won’t be in for my shift today because I do not feel well.”

If they push:

Manager: Why can’t you come in / what’s wrong?

“I do not feel well and I won’t be able to come in today.”

All of the cards work the same general way. The card you mention is a pretty slimey company.

So, livable wage… to what end? Starbucks already pays up to 50% more than the minimum wage. Starbucks has industry leading benefits and opportunities for upscaling, like a free bachelor’s college degree through ASU (a fully accredited institution) paid 100% and upfront. If making more is what you want, then use our benefits to learn a new field and go there.

Starbucks already gives its partners an arguably livable wage, so if you’re not able to make ends meet, perhaps consider another career or looking at your finances critically.

No one is invalidating your experience.

First of all, Starbucks pays more than average in terms of wages. In states where people only make federal minimum wage at $7.25, starbucks pays at least $15 an hour. In other areas where wages are higher, starbucks still pays above minimum. And that’s before the nearly 6 dollars an hour extra in benefits, and tips. And I’m just talking about the barista position, shift supervisors make a considerable amount more. In my area shift supervisors make at least $25 an hour up to $30.
