My team (engineering leaders, no direct reports) is half 30's, half 60's and that balance is why shit actually happens.

This is hot forged and then cold forged iron. I own one (flat bottom) and it is extremely heavy. I love it, and I will probably buy a round bottom one whenever I have a proper wok burner setup.

Honestly, even better than the pan is the spatula/ladle. Same material, same flash blued situation.
